Welcome Reception

The Welcome Reception will take place on the 31st floor of the Bandaijima Building, overlooking the Shinanogawa River. At a height of 125 meters (410 ft), this is the tallest building along the coast. The observatory offers a full 360-degree panorama, with excellent views of the ocean, Sado Island, and the Gozu mountain range.

Banquet

- Date and Time: December 10, 2025, 18:00 – 20:00
- Place: Hotel Nikko Niigata 4F, Banquet Hall ”Toki”
- Fee:
- Ages 12 and above: 10,000 JPY
- Ages 4 to 11: 5,000 JPY
- Ages 3 and under: Free of Charge
From August 1, 2025, banquet tickets can be purchased during online registration on the ONLINE CONF site . The deadline to purchase banquet tickets is October 31, 9:00 (JST), 24:00 (GMT). Banquet ticket sales are limited due to venue capacity. Early registration is highly recommended.
Excursions

Three optional tours are available for exploring Japanese culture and history during your visit. You may choose one from them on a first-come, first-served basis.

- Tour:
- Tour A: Museum/Garden & Brewery Tour Note: In Japan, drinking alcohol—including sake (Japanese rice wine)—is prohibited by law for anyone under the age of 20. Participants under 20 may join Tour A, but they will not be allowed to sample any sake during the tour.
- Tour B: Japanese Garden & Master Craftsmanship Tour
- Tour C: Museum/Garden & Onsen (Hot Spring) Town Tour
- Fee:
- Ages 12 and above: JPY 6,700
- Ages 6 to 11: JPY 6,200
- The booking deadline is October 31, 2025, unless all places are filled earlier.
- Onsite reservations will not be available during the EAMA11 meeting.
