Support Desk
The NAOJ Support Desk (SD) provides a wide range of daily life related assistance to help ensure that international researchers and students at the Mitaka campus can pursue their research and studies in a reassuring environment. It serves as the primary point of contact for individuals who are experiencing any difficulties or issues upon living and working in a foreign culture. The SD is located in a quiet and secure area where individuals can feel comfortable sharing their concerns. At least one SD staff will be on duty during the office hours (two staff on Thursdays) and will be ready to help researchers and students with their everyday tasks.
